Charles Smith, PhD, is Co-Founder and CEO of Strayjack, leading commercial strategy, business development, and customer engagement. He previously served as Executive Vice President, Science & Innovation at CooperSurgical, with leadership experience spanning R&D, quality, regulatory, operations, fertility, genomics, and life-sciences services. His work has included business turnarounds, acquisition integration, product development, and scaling regulated businesses.

Jon Hemstad is a seasoned executive with more than 30 years of experience leading operations, engineering, manufacturing, and business transformation initiatives within highly regulated industries. He has held leadership positions at CooperSurgical, Smiths Medical, and Honeywell, where he directed global teams, acquisition integrations, site operations, automation programs, and large-scale strategic initiatives. At Strayjack, Jon helps organizations navigate complex compliance, operational, and transformation challenges while delivering sustainable business results.

Kerry Blair is Co-Founder and CTO of Strayjack, bringing nearly 40 years of experience in product development, manufacturing, operations, and business transformation. With degrees in Education, Industrial Technology, and Electrical Engineering, Kerry has built a career solving complex technical and operational challenges within regulated industries. Before founding Strayjack, he served as Chief Operating Officer for CooperSurgical, Inc., a global medical device manufacturer with more than $1.4B in annual sales. At Strayjack, Kerry leads development and innovation for the proprietary APEX Software Platform.
